Kari Paddock

Kari Paddock is a higher education professional with an extensive background in student services and teaching. At Penn State Lehigh Valley, she led the academic advising team. Also, she has taught ESL, English composition, and first-year seminars at the University of Puerto Rico, Northampton Community College, and Lafayette College, respectively. Before joining Lafayette, Kari worked for eight years as a personal assistant and event coordinator, where she helped launch educational initiatives and collaborated with student life offices across the country to provide inclusivity programs. Kari holds an M.A. in English from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in English from Penn State University.
